§ 22-98. Prohibited.

  • It is unlawful for any person to knowingly operate or cause to be operated any apparatus, device, machine or equipment, either electrical or mechanical, which creates or causes interference with radio or television reception, provided that this prohibition shall not apply to television stations, radio stations, radio telephone broadcasts or wireless stations, commercial or amateur, licensed by the federal government and engaged in interstate communications.
