§ 22-99. Sale of certain electrical apparatus, devices, etc.

It is unlawful for any person to install or sell for the purpose of installation any electrical apparatus, device, machine or equipment, calculated or likely to interfere with radio or television reception, unless the same can be and is equipped with corrective appliances, so installed as to prevent interference with radio or television reception.
