§ 22-97. Definition.

  • When used in this article, "interference" means any electrostatic or electromagnetic radiation of such magnitude that it will interfere with the reception by a radio or television receiver or broadcast signal from any radio or television station or any radio telephone transmitter when the broadcast signal has a modulated field of not less than 100 microvolts per meter and is being delivered to any point within a radius of 50 feet of the radio or television receiver.
