§ 16-6. Unsold lots; discrimination prohibited; single burial spaces.

  • The board of trustees shall place a value upon all unsold lots in the cemetery, and all lots shall be sold at the established value. There shall be no discrimination in the sale of lots on any basis, provided that the city clerk may assign single burial spaces to persons desiring the same. No certificate need be issued for a single burial space, but the receipt of the city treasurer shall be evidence of burial rights.
