§ 16-5. Purchase of lots; cemetery certificates.

Persons desiring to purchase any unsold lots may do so upon payment of the established value. The purchaser shall be entitled to receive a cemetery certificate signed by the mayor and city clerk granting to the purchaser and his heirs and assigns the burial rights in said lot subject to the ordinances of the city and the rules and regulations promulgated by the board of trustees.
