§ 56-67. Prohibited deposits and discharges to natural outlets.

  • It is unlawful for any person:

    (1)

    To place in an unsanitary manner any human or animal excrement upon public or private property;

    (2)

    To discharge, directly or indirectly, into any natural outlet, any sanitary sewage, contaminated industrial wastes, or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided, in accordance with the provision of this Code and the statutes and regulations of the state.
