Prior to the issuance of a license, the applicant for a license required by this division
shall furnish evidence of having obtained a public liability insurance policy with
an insurance company or companies licensed to do business in the state in an amount
not less than $1,000,000.00 for injuries, including death, to any one person, and
not less than $3,000,000.00 for injuries to persons arising out of any one accident
and not less than $100,000.00 for property damages in any one accident. This policy
shall be in effect at all times such structure is to be occupied as a place of public
assembly.
