§ 8-40. Required.

  • It is unlawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected, any temporary structure, composed wholly or partly of canvas or similar material without first having obtained a license to do so in accordance with the conditions and limitations set forth in this division for any circus, carnival or public exhibition.
