§ 56-2. Establishment of the water supply and sewage disposal systems.

Based on the above findings and for the purposes set forth above, the city has previously established and hereby reestablishes the water supply and sewage disposal system, consisting of all water mains, pumping and storage facilities, pressure systems, wells, connections, service pipes, meters, sewers, interceptors, treatment facilities and all other appurtenances to the system.
