§ 54-81. Violations, notice to be attached to vehicle.

In the event of any violations of this division, the chief of police, or persons designated
by him, shall attach to the vehicle a notice that it has been parked in violation
of this division and instructing the owner or operator to report to the district court
in regard to the violation. Such notice shall note the date and hour of the violation,
the make and state license number of the vehicle, and any other facts necessary to
a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending the violation.
