§ 54-58. Parking temporarily prohibited.

The city manager or his duly authorized representative is authorized to place upon any street, at intervals of not less than 150 feet, temporary signs indicating that no parking will be permitted between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. upon the street for the purposes of street cleaning. The signs shall be placed not later than 5:00 p.m. of the day preceding that when the parking is to be prohibited. When the signs are erected, it is unlawful for any person to disobey the signs.
