§ 52-120. Definitions.

The following words, terms, and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Building inspector means the city building inspector, who is hereby charged with the administration and enforcement of this article.

Satellite antenna is defined as a satellite dish antenna or satellite disk of any design or material which is intended or designed to receive audio and video signals from a satellite transmitter. A satellite antenna is deemed to be an accessory building as defined in chapter 60. A satellite antenna does not include a device used or designed for the purpose of receiving a local television broadcast signal from a land-based commercial transmitter.

Zoning board of appeals means the zoning board of appeals created by the city zoning regulations in chapter 60.

Zoning ordinance means the zoning ordinance of the city in chapter 60.
