§ 4-23. Flying clubs.

  • (a)

    The president of any flying club shall register with the airport manager's office and also secure a copy of the field rules and regulations and familiarize all members with the same.

    (b)

    Aircraft owned and/or operated by flying clubs shall be registered with the airport manager's office and have a current state registration issued by the state aeronautics commission.

    (c)

    All instructors, both ground and flight, acting as such, belonging to flying clubs, will register with the airport manager's office. They must be licensed as ground and/or flight instructors and currently registered with the state aeronautics commission.

    (d)

    All flying clubs will operate in accordance with the rules and regulations of the state aeronautics commission, entitled "Flying Clubs."
