§ 36-32. Bicycles.

Latest version.

In a public park, no person, except a police officer engaged in the performance of his or her duties, shall:
(1)

Ride a bicycle on other than a road or path designated for that purpose;

(2)

Leave a bicycle in any place where other persons may trip over or be injured by it.
