§ 16-2. Board of trustees; composition, authority.

(a)

The city commission constitutes the board of trustees of the cemetery.

(b)

The board of trustees shall have the authority to:

(1)

Make rules and regulations for the control, maintenance and operation of the cemetery;

(2)

Establish charges for interment, disinterment, annual care and endowments and other work as may be necessary.
